Sachin completed his primary and higher education in hometown Mumbai, India. He wanted to become a Makeup Artist. In the year 1999, Sachin started his carrier as a Fashion and Celebrity Makeup Artist for Films and TV Serials in Bollywood Industry in Malad West, Andheri West, Mumbai India. He worked as an assistant with Famous Makeup Artist, Mr. Anil Girkar Ji for a long time.

Sachin also worked for Indian wedding & Bridal, Matrimonial photography, Fashion, Editorial, Advertising, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and English Films as Makeup Artist.

He excels in portraying his art in Prosthetic Makeup and Wig Maker in Mumbai. Sachin Bandkar is famous for Prosthetics/ Special effects makeup artist in India. Now Sachin taking all kinds of assignments of Prosthetic Makeup for Films, TV- serials, Ads Films, Theater, and TV Shows.

At the beginning of 1999's, Sachin Bandkar worked with famous Indian Bollywood film actors Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, and Sunil Shetty etc. He is also worked with Indian Actress & Indian choreographer Saroj Khan Ji.
